Minister’s Training is not a Bible School. The focus is to train individuals to be effective in working with the Holy Spirit. 

Licensing and ordinations are not the emphasis of Minister’s Training.  

Minister’s Training is divided into four phases.  Individuals must participate in these phases in succession.  Certificates of completion will be issued at the end of the four phases. The phases are:

Phases I: This foundation expounds on a right understanding of your relationship with Jesus and your position in the Kingdom of God. This phase will include spiritual and motivational gifts.

Phase II: You are the message.  The Word delivered is as important as the lifestyle of the person delivering the Word. Included in this phase, is consecration, dedication and sanctification.

Phase III: What is ministry without the ability to work with others?  This phase will include team building, conflict resolution and leadership.

Phase IV: This phase will focus on the structure on your ministry, community outreach and longevity.
